Shipping to our store is always free.

You have 7 calendar days from the date you place your online order to collect it in-store.

Order preparation takes between 1 and 24 hours. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification.

You can collect your order at:

• Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

HOME DELIVERY

Your shipping rate will depend on your postal code and will be displayed during checkout.

MAINLAND SPAIN

Enjoy free shipping on orders of €150 or more within mainland Spain.

For orders below €150, the shipping cost is €4.95.

BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA & MELILLA

Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla costs €14.90.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, customers must provide their national ID number (DNI) for customs clearance purposes.

Important: Local taxes and customs clearance fees (DUA/IGIC) are not included in the shipping cost. If requested by customs, these charges must be paid before the order can be delivered. These fees are not always applied, but if they are, payment is required to receive your order.

ANDORRA & PORTUGAL

Shipping to Andorra and Portugal costs:

• Standard shipping: €7.50

• Express shipping: €9.50

REST OF EUROPE (INCLUDING THE UNITED KINGDOM)

Shipping to the rest of Europe (including the United Kingdom) costs €18.90.

Important: Under current European regulations, all orders subject to customs inspection may incur customs duties and fees. All applicable customs charges must be paid by the buyer.

If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment cannot be delivered, resulting in its return to IPA BRAND, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.

OUTSIDE EUROPE

Shipping costs are:

• Mexico, Asia, North America, and Latin America: €40

• Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates: €45

Important: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are not included in the shipping cost. If customs authorities require these charges, they must be paid by the buyer before the order can be delivered.

If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment cannot be delivered, resulting in its return to IPA BRAND, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Orders shipped outside Spain may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to the Shipping section for more information.

HOW LONG DOES HOME DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times may vary as follows:

• Mainland Spain: 2–4 business days

• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

• Outside Europe: 3–10 business days

During sale periods and promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

IPA Brand is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier that are beyond our control.
