When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification.
You can come to pick it up at C/ Santa Teresa, 12 (Madrid), from Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 11:00 to 15:30 and 17:00 to 20:30, and on Friday from 11:00 to 20:30.

SALES: during sales periods, Sample Sales, or specific promotional campaigns, shipping to Peninsular Spain will be €4.95 for all orders.
* Canary Islands: it is necessary to provide your DNI (ID number) for customs purposes.
Important: local taxes and customs management fees (DUA/IGIC) are not included in the shipping cost. In the event that customs claims them, they must be paid so that the order can be delivered. They are not always charged, but if requested, they must be paid to receive the order.
* United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, and other countries outside the EU:
Important: applicable local duties, taxes, or fees are not included and, if claimed by customs, they must be paid by the buyer so that the order can be delivered.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment cannot be delivered, necessitating its return to IPA BRAND, the costs incurred from the return will be passed on to the customer.
Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees established by the destination country. These costs are not included in the order price and must be assumed entirely by the customer.
HOW LONG DOES HOME DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 business days within Peninsular Spain, between 3 and 7 business days for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe, and between 3 and 10 business days for international shipments outside of Europe.
During sales and promotional periods, the delivery time may be longer than usual. We are not responsible for any potential delays caused by the transport company that are beyond the control of IPA Brand.
