You can come to collect it at C/ Santa Teresa, 12 (Madrid), from Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 11:00 to 15:30 and from 17:00 to 20:30, and on Fridays from 11:00 to 20:30.

SALES: during sale periods, Sample Sales, or specific discount campaigns, shipping to Peninsular Spain will be €4.95 for all orders.
* Canary Islands: you must provide your DNI (ID number) for customs purposes.
Important: local taxes and customs handling fees (DUA/IGIC) are not included in the shipping cost. If claimed by customs, they must be paid for the order to be delivered. They are not always charged, but if requested, they must be paid to receive the order.
* United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, and other countries outside the EU:
Important: applicable tariffs, taxes, or local fees are not included and, if claimed by customs, must be paid by the buyer for the order to be delivered.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment cannot be delivered, necessitating its return to IPA BRAND, the costs incurred from the return will be charged to the customer.
Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees established by the destination country. These costs are not included in the order price and must be assumed entirely by the customer.
HOW LONG DOES HOME DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time may vary between 2 and 4 business days within Peninsular Spain, between 3 and 7 business days for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe, and between 3 and 10 business days for international shipments outside of Europe.
During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. We are not responsible for possible delays by the courier company that are beyond IPA Brand's control.
