Shipping Policy
IN-STORE PICKUP
Shipping to our store is always free.
You have 7 calendar days to pick up your order in-store from the date the online order is placed.
Preparation time is between 1 hour and 24 hours. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification.
You can pick up your order at C/ Santa Teresa, 12 (Madrid) from Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and on Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
HOME DELIVERY
Your shipping rate will depend on your postal code and will be displayed during the checkout process.
PENINSULAR SPAIN
Enjoy free shipping in peninsular Spain for purchases of €150 or more.
For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €4.95.
BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: the shipping cost is €14.90.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, the customer must provide us with their ID for customs purposes.
Important: Local taxes and customs handling fees (DUA/IGIC) are not included in the shipping cost. If customs demands them, they must be paid for the order to be delivered. They are not always charged, but if requested, they must be paid to receive the order.
ANDORRA AND PORTUGAL
Andorra and Portugal: the shipping cost is €7.50 for standard shipping and €9.50 for express shipping.
REST OF EUROPE (INCLUDING THE UNITED KINGDOM)
Rest of Europe (including the United Kingdom): the shipping cost is €18.90.
Important: According to new European regulations, all orders that must pass through customs control are not exempt from paying customs fees. All orders will pass through customs control and the buyer must bear these costs.
Furthermore, if the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment cannot be delivered, necessitating its return to IPA BRAND, the costs incurred from the return will be passed on.
OUTSIDE EUROPE
In Mexico, Asia, North America and Latin America, the shipping cost is €40.
In Australia and New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the shipping cost is €45.
Important: Applicable local duties, taxes or fees are not included and, if customs demands them, they must be paid by the buyer for the order to be delivered.
Furthermore, if the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment cannot be delivered, necessitating its return to IPA BRAND, the costs incurred from the return will be passed on.
Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees established by the destination country. These costs are not included in the order price and must be fully borne by the customer. See shipping section.
HOW LONG DOES HOME DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time can vary between 2-4 business days within peninsular Spain, 3-7 business days for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe, and 3-10 business days for shipments outside of Europe.
During sales and promotions, the delivery period may be longer than usual. We are not responsible for possible delays by the transport company, which are beyond IPA Brand's control.
