STORE PICKUP

Shipping to our store is always free.
You have 7 calendar days to pick up the order in store from the date the order is placed online.

The preparation time is between 1h and 24h. When the order is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification by email.

You can come and pick them up at Calle Santa Teresa, 12 (Madrid) from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.

HOME DELIVERY

Your shipping rate will depend on your zip code and will be displayed during the checkout process.

PENINSULAR SPAIN

Enjoy free shipping in mainland Spain for purchases of €150 or more.

For orders with a lower amount, the shipping cost is €4.95

OUTSIDE MAINLAND SPAIN

In the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the shipping cost is €14.90. For shipments to the Canary Islands, the customer must provide their ID for customs reasons.

In Andorra and Portugal, the shipping cost is €5.95

In Europe, the shipping cost is €18.90

Outside Europe, shipping costs are €35

HOW LONG DO HOME DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders take approximately 3-5 business days from the time they leave the warehouse within mainland Spain, 5-12 business days to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe, and 12-18 business days for shipments outside Europe.

During sales and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual. We are not responsible for any delays by the transport company beyond the control of IPA Brand.
