Returns and Exchanges Policy
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
If it's not your size or the selected item doesn't fit you well, you can exchange and/or return your order within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the order date. If your product is outside this period, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
For orders placed outside of Spain and Portugal, the return period is extended to 20 calendar days.
For purchases made on the website, in physical stores, and through Glovo, in the OUTLET section or during any annual discount and sales campaign, returns are not permitted, only size exchanges if stock is available. For SAMPLE SALE items, neither exchanges nor returns are permitted.
Items must be in perfect condition, with original and intact packaging and labeling, packed in their original cloth bag and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was received by the customer.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
IN-STORE
Exchanges and/or returns made at our store at C/ Santa Teresa, 12 (Madrid) are always free.
ONLINE
The first exchange is free only in peninsular Spain. If a second exchange or return is desired, the customer will bear the shipping costs. Exchanges or returns are not accepted outside of Europe.

SPAIN
In Spain, there are two ways to make a return:
- Pick up: The carrier will pick up the package at the indicated address (5.80€)
- Drop off: You must take the package to any CORREOS messenger service (4.80€)
PORTUGAL
In Portugal, there are two ways to make a return:
- Pick up: The carrier will pick up the package at the indicated address (6.90€)
- Drop off: You must take the package to any CORREOS messenger service (5.90€)
REST OF EUROPE
In the rest of Europe:
For orders outside of Spain and Portugal, we have a "Do It Yourself" policy. This means that customers must send the products with the courier company of their choice and bear the shipping cost. Once we receive and verify the products, we will proceed with the refund.
DO IT MYSELF
If you prefer to handle this process yourself, you can also send your order to the following address:

For this option, it is essential that the order number and the name of the customer who placed the order are included inside the package. If the order is lost in transit, IPA Brand is not responsible. Once it reaches our warehouse, the exchange or return will be processed.
TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT
In the case of an international order return, the costs derived from the return shipment will be borne by the customer.
