Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

If it is not your size or the selected item does not fit you, you can exchange and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order.

For orders placed outside of Spain and Portugal, the return period is extended to 20 calendar days.

Please note:

In the OUTLET section, returns are not allowed, only size changes if stock is available.

No exchanges or returns are allowed on SAMPLE SALE items.

Items must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labeling intact, conveniently packaged in their original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer.

IN-STORE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Changes and/or returns made in our store at C/ Santa Teresa, 12 are always free .

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The first exchange is free only in mainland Spain. If a second exchange or a return of the first exchange is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Changes and returns are not accepted outside Europe.

You can change the size, model or colour for each order placed. It's very simple, just click here and you will see the different options for sending us the product and the cost involved.

SPAIN

In Spain there are two ways to make the return:

- Pick up: the carrier will pick up the package at the indicated address (€5.50)

- Drop off: you must take the package to any CORREOS courier service (€4.50)

PORTUGAL

In Portugal there are two ways to make the return:

- Pick up: the carrier will pick up the package at the indicated address (€6.50)

- Drop off: you must take the package to any CORREOS courier service (€5.50)

REST OF THE WORLD

In the rest of the world:

For orders outside Spain and Portugal, we have a “Do It Yourself” policy. This means that customers must send the products with the courier company of their choice and assume the cost of shipping. Once we receive and inspect the products, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products.
