1. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

The maximum period is 14 calendar days from when you received your package.
Once this period has passed, changes or returns will not be possible.
In the case of in-store pickup, if you do not pick up the order within 7 days, the 14-day period will start counting from the 7 days on which the order arrived at the store.

2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EXCHANGES? HOW DO I EXCHANGE A SIZE OR PRODUCT?

The first exchange is FREE and you can do it directly in our store at C/ Santa Teresa 12 in Madrid from 11:00 p.m to 20:30 p.m even if you made your purchase through the website or through this link https://go.ifreturns.com/es/ipabrand . Once we receive your return in our store, we will send you the size exchange.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS? HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

You can make returns for FREE in our store on C/ Santa Teresa 12 from 11:00 p.m to 20:30 p.m even if you made your purchase through the website or through this link https://go.ifreturns.com/es/ipabrand which has a cost depending on how you prefer to make the return.

After approving the return and checking that the returned items are in perfect condition, you will receive an email indicating that the return has been accepted and the amount will be credited to your account.
Remember that the repayment period will always depend on your bank.

The costs of returning the order will not be refunded.

4. ARE ITEMS ADDED TO THE BAG AUTOMATICALLY RESERVED?

No, adding an item to your basket does not guarantee its reservation or availability.

Some items are in high demand and due to limited stock they may sell out before you make your purchase even if they were available when you added them to your cart.
