Return & Exchange Policy

At IPA we are aware that ordering online can be tricky to find your best fit. For that reason we have a free exchange policy*. :)

What is the deadline for an exchange or return?

If it is not your size or the selected item does not suit you, you can exchange and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.

How do I make an exchange or return online?

Exchanges

You can make a change of size, model or color for each order placed completely free of charge. It's very simple, just follow the steps below:

1. Send us an email with your order number to info@ipabrand.com indicating that you want to make a change in your order with the following information:

  • First and Last name
  • Order number
  • Tell us which size or item you want to change

2. Once we confirm your return via email, we will send our someone to your shipping address to deliver your new order and take the one you return to us.

3. As simple as that and totally free of charge.

*Only one exchange per order will be accepted free of charge in Spain and Portugal.

Returns

To return your order follow the instructions below:

1. Send us an email with your order number to info@ipabrand.com indicating that you want to return your order with the following information:

  • First and Last name
  • Order number
  • Tell us which item you want to return

2. Once we accept the return, we will send someone to pick up the order at the shipping address.

Outside the Iberic Peninsula IPA Brand will help you throughout the return process but is not responsible for the costs of the return except for any defect or error on our part. This service has a cost of 14,99 €.

** No returns will be accepted for sale items.

How should items be returned?

All items must be returned in perfect condition and with their tags.

As for the accessories, they must be returned in their bag if they have one and intact.
