1. What is the maximum time limit for returns and exchanges?

The maximum term is 14 calendar days since you received your package.

 2. How will I receive a refund or exchange?

After approving the return and verifying that the items returned are in perfect condition, you will receive an email indicating that the return has been accepted and the amount will be credited to your account. Remember that the refund period will always depend on your bank.

The shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.

3. Are items added to the bag automatically reserved?

No, adding the item to the cart does not guarantee the reservation or availability of the item.

Some items are in high demand and because they are in very limited stock they may be sold out before you make your purchase even though they were available when you added them to your cart.
