1. What is the maximum time limit for returns and exchanges?

The maximum time limit to do your return is 14 calendar days since you received your package.

Once this period has passed it will not be possible to make changes or returns.
In the case of in-store pickup, if you do not pick up the order within 7 days, the 14-day period will begin to run from the 7 days after the order arrives at the store.

2. Is there a fee for exchanges? How do I exchange a size or product?

The first exchange is FREE, you can do it directly in our store at C/ Santa Teresa 12 in Madrid from Monday to Saturday  from 11:00 to 20:30 even if you have made your purchase through the web.

Once we receive your return in our store, we will send you the change of size.

3. Do I have to pay for the returns? How will I receive the refund?

Returns can be made for FREE in our store in C/ Santa Teresa 12 from monday to saturday  11:00 to 20:30 even if you have made your purchase through the web. The other option of doing your return is following this link https://go.ifreturns.com/es/ipabrand which has a cost depending on how you want to make the return. 

After approving the return and checking that the returned items are in perfect condition, you will receive an email indicating that the return has been accepted and the amount will be credited to your account. 

Remember that the return time will always depend on your bank.

The cost of returning the order will not be refunded.

4. Are the items added to the cart automatically reserved?

No, adding the item to the cart does not guarantee the reservation or availability of the item.

Some items are in high demand and may run out of stock before you make your purchase even if they were available when you added them to your cart.
